Information

In life, we occasionally stumble and may need someone to accompany and support us, giving us the courage to keep moving forward. Whether dealing with emotional struggles, life difficulties, or physical and mental fatigue, you can find a service that meets your needs from the range of offerings available.

 Individual Counseling

Who am I? What do I want? I am confused, I hesitate...

The journey of self-exploration is endless, and the growth that comes with it is boundless.

If you wish to understand yourself better, find harmony within, or improve relationships with others, individual consultation offers a safe and private space.

With the support and deep conversations with a psychologist, you can resolve doubts, build confidence, and restore inner balance to reach your personal goals.

 Sandplay Therapy

Sandplay therapy is a non-verbal therapeutic approach that uses objects and sand to create images representing both reality and subconscious symbolism.

The process of creating images in the sand allows deep exploration of subconscious experiences, facilitating emotional flow and addressing psychological difficulties.

Furthermore, as you become more curious about yourself, sandplay provides an opportunity to explore multiple facets of yourself, including understanding your shadows and vulnerable aspects.

In sandplay therapy, a space for self-connection and integration is provided, encouraging psychological development and self-healing.

 Child Play Therapy

Play therapy is a form of psychological counseling designed specifically for children.

During their developmental years, children naturally explore themselves, express emotions, and connect with the world through 「Play」.

Since their verbal skills are not as developed as adults’, therapists carefully select 「Toys」 to serve as a child’s vocabulary.

Through playing, children express their inner feelings and reveal the challenges they face in daily life.

Therapists observe these 「Interactions」 and guide the child through 「Play」, supporting emotional healing and personal growth.

 Psychological Assessment

Psychologists use standardized, evidence-based professional tests, along with interviews and behavioral observations, to assess the overall cognitive ability, emotional state, attention, and personality traits of both adults and children.

For example: Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children and Adults, Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment, Beck Depression Inventory, and Beck Anxiety Inventory.

Psychologists will explain the results of the assessments and offer comprehensive recommendations, helping you gain a better understanding of yourself or your child.

 Adolescent Counseling

Adolescents go through significant physical and psychological changes and are at a stage of developing self-identity (Who am I? What are my abilities and value?).

Sometimes they encounter setbacks and experience emotional ups and downs. Parents wish to help but don’t know how to open their children’s hearts.

Psychologists, with an understanding of adolescent development, build a trusting relationship to accompany adolescents in discovering themselves, developing independent judgment, and taking responsibility.

Parents can also receive consultations to discuss strategies for improving parent-child interactions, providing them with practical methods to support their children.

 Group Counseling

We are all born into communities, and most of our experiences come from interactions with others.

Group consultation is a therapeutic model that leverages the 「Relationships」between individuals to facilitate change and growth. In a 「GROUP」, just like a train carrying different passengers, you can share your life stories, listen to others’ experiences and strategies, and discover new possibilities and vitality both within yourself and among others.

 Parent-Child Counseling

The parent-child relationship is a lasting and sweet bond, yet conflicts and challenges are inevitable.

Communication and interaction between parents and children require mutual wisdom to build.

Parent-child consultation allows both parents and children to express their thoughts and feelings in a safe, comfortable environment, experiencing the deepest love and care from one another.

This process helps parents guide their children through developmental challenges, fostering a connection that strengthens as both grow together.

 Remote Psychological Counseling

Available to individuals aged 18 and older, remote consultation allows psychological sessions to take place without geographical limits, through video calls, once approved by the psychologist following theGuidelines for Psychologists Conducting Telecommunication Psychological Consultation.

However, due to current regulations, telephonic consultations are not yet permitted.

 Couple Counseling

In relationships, there are both similarities and differences.

As life progresses, couple relationships also evolve.

Sometimes love is easy, but maintaining harmony is difficult; or differences in life priorities may lead to neglecting one another and drifting apart, creating conflict.

Couple consultation, guided by a professional psychologist, provides an opportunity for couples to communicate effectively, deepen their understanding of themselves and each other, and discover new possibilities in their relationship.

No matter what the future holds, at least at this moment, both parties are given the opportunity to face their relationship together.

 Supervision for Professionals

In their practical work, helpers may encounter bottlenecks, doubts, or struggles.

Professional supervision offers support, helping them develop their skills and overcome challenges in their practice.

 Family Therapy

When family members face difficulties, long-standing tension, or major crises that hinder communication, family therapy helps identify the roots of these challenges.

It encourages sincere communication, enabling family members to listen and speak with understanding.

This process helps families embrace their uniqueness and develop new emotional connections, creating possibilities for healing and transforming family dynamics into a natural, comfortable interaction.

 Employee Assistance Programs

A healthy workforce is essential for a thriving company.

By caring for employees' physical and mental well-being, and teaching them self-care, emotional regulation, and stress-relief techniques, work efficiency and job satisfaction naturally improve, leading to a better future for both the individuals and the organization.
